Recent data from Lands of America shows $450 million in land and rural property for sale in Kansas. This represents a total of 140,526 acres of land for sale in the state. The most expensive land listed for sale on Lands of America recently was $17 million, though the median price for land for sale in Kansas was $579,042. The average price of land advertised for sale in Kansas was $739,838. There was 1,680 acres of sold land in Kansas recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $7.1 million. Kansas lists 26 state parks covering some 32, 200 acres of land and including more 500 miles of trails, over 10, 000 campsites and more than 130, 000 surface-acres of water.
